The Broker Assistant plays a key role in supporting Brokers and Associate Brokers by coordinating account activity, facilitating communication between clients, agents, and underwriters, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of policy placements and service deliverables. This position requires strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with responsibility for maintaining account integrity, resolving service issues, using independent judgement, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple considerations, including but not limited to an individual’s background and qualifications, relevant experience, geographic market conditions, role complexity and responsibilities, demonstrated competencies, training, and other factors.
